Rob Menezes started djing since he was 17 years old. He spent the early 2000's playing everything from 75 bpm Hip Hop / Rnb to 150 bpm Psychedelic until he found his sweet spot with House music. Being from Goa originally, Psychedelic music has always had a special place in his heart and hard drive. If you have watched the documentary 'Last Hippie Standing' by Marcus Robbin you will understand the love affair that Goa has with Psychedelic music. Although he is a regular at a number of clubs around Auckland where he plays every weekend, he is very excited to be a part of the Psy movement in Auckland which has a niche of its own. Rob Menezes describes his sound as uplifting progressive and melodic. His influences include the likes of RajaRam, Shpongle, GoaGill, and 1200 micrograms.
